The Office Bar

Building a hospitality brand that extended far beyond the dining table through strategy, storytelling, and design.

About

Located within 1105 West Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta, The Office Bar serves office professionals, neighborhood residents, hotel guests and visitors throughout the day. Rather than positioning the restaurant as simply another hotel or office cafe, we developed a brand experience centered around creating Atlanta's favorite neighborhood hangout. One that effortlessly transitions from weekday lunches and client meetings to happy hour, game day and late-night cocktails.

Our Role

Millennial Marketing partnered with The Office Bar across brand strategy, creative direction, environmental design, digital marketing, and ongoing content creation. Our work spanned brand refinement, tone of voice development, photography, menu conceptualization, packaging design, website design and development, large-format wayfinding signage, social media management, and continued collaboration with the public relations team to ensure every marketing effort remained aligned under one cohesive brand vision.

Brand Strategy

Giving the Brand a Personality
People Remember

The strongest hospitality brands are remembered long before guests remember what they ordered. Through a comprehensive brand discovery process, we refined The Office Bar's identity into something both approachable and unmistakably its own. Inspired by modern office culture, we established a tone of voice built around dry humor, clever copywriting, and playful workplace references that carried consistently across every customer touchpoint. The result was a brand that felt polished without taking itself too seriously: a neighborhood hangout with a memorable personality.

Brand Identity

Refining the Visual Language

With the brand direction established, we expanded the visual identity into a complete design system. We created an alternative logo family, established a flexible iconography system, refined typography and color standards, and developed brand applications that could seamlessly translate across merchandise, menus, packaging, signage, digital media, and environmental graphics. Every application was designed to strengthen recognition while allowing the brand to evolve naturally over time.

Brand Photography

Capturing the Feeling,
Not Just the Food

Hospitality is emotional, and the photography needed to communicate more than beautifully plated dishes. We led the creative direction and execution of a comprehensive lifestyle production featuring hired talent, editorial food photography, atmospheric interiors, cocktail imagery, and candid moments that reflected the energy of the space. The resulting image library became the visual foundation for every marketing initiative that followed.

Website Design & Development

A Digital Front Door For the Brand

The website was designed as an extension of the restaurant experience rather than simply a place to view menus. Editorial photography, immersive storytelling, intuitive navigation, and mobile-first functionality came together to create an online destination that reflected the same warmth, personality, and sophistication guests would encounter in person.

Social Media Management + PR Support

Bringing the Brand to Life Every Day

Our ongoing content strategy extends the restaurant's personality well beyond its physical space. Through a combination of lifestyle photography, food and beverage storytelling, witty office-inspired humor, behind-the-scenes content, community engagement, and seasonal campaigns, we continue to build a social presence that feels authentic to the brand while keeping The Office Bar top of mind throughout Midtown Atlanta. The strategy is reinforced through regular collaboration with the restaurant's public relations team to ensure earned media, digital marketing, and social storytelling work together cohesively.

Guest Experience

Designing Moments
That Extend Beyond the Meal

Rather than approaching menus and packaging as functional necessities, we viewed them as opportunities to deepen the guest experience. Our team conceptualized themed menu experiences including the Game Time menu, Brown Bag Classic, and After Hours menu, each designed around a distinct audience and occasion. Signature cocktail concepts, branded to-go packaging, tabletop games, promotional scratch-offs, branded merchandise, and thoughtful presentation details transformed ordinary dining moments into memorable brand interactions that guests were more likely to photograph, share, and remember.

Environmental Branding

A Brand Extension
Beyond the Threshold

Many visitors first experience The Office Bar from inside the attached parking structure rather than from the street. Recognizing this, we transformed the arrival experience through large-format wayfinding graphics, branded environmental signage, elevator graphics, directional applications, and street-level activations. Rather than serving only as navigation, these installations introduced visitors to the brand before they ever stepped inside.

Project Impact

Building a Hospitality Brand That Feels Human

The Office Bar represents our belief that successful hospitality marketing begins long before a guest places an order. By combining thoughtful brand strategy, memorable guest experiences, editorial creative, and ongoing storytelling, we helped create a restaurant that feels distinctive at every interaction, from the sidewalk to the final round.
